Molecular Maya

This is Molecular Maya, a software patch we downloaded for Maya that is used for showing, well, molecules. I messed around with it a little but haven't really figured out how it works yet.

egg cup

Here is my egg cup. This was super easy and only took a couple minutes, most of which was reading the directions. I thought that the handle part was to small and was going to redo it but decided i liked it this way. It looks like a roman wine goblet thing I think.

Tentacle Project

I just finished my tentacle project. In this here project, we started with a primitive cube. We created 4 curves from the faces of one of the cubes side. We then extruded the faces (one by one) along the curve creating a tentacle shape. I then selected all and smoothed, creating the final result.

SKA Runner Critiques

Ska Runner.com is very well laid out and designed. it is clear that Mr. Cornell spent time on his blog and updates it regularly and with interesting posts that are all relevant to the topic of his site.  He has also customized the design very far from any of the templates that Blogger offers. The only problems i found was that some of the pages of the blog seemed like they were the same posts just renamed.
